A semi-public, semi-private, three-phase design including:

1) Urban Plan - a garden design that relates to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and churches on the Celio Hill.

2) Villa Design - a humble yet grand villa built for the Pope with two separate facade articulations, entrance and garden.

3) Chapel Design - a chapel accessible for the Pope at all times and available to the public on occasion.
